  • Your membership level and account status
  • Payment confirmations from PayPal (no card or banking information is shared with us)
  • Basic login and security information (such as IP address)
  • Any optional profile details you choose to provide

Animal Registration Data

Animal registration records are managed by a separate third-party registrar, not by CAGBA.
CAGBA does not store or control registration data.

When Your Membership Expires

If your membership ends, your account becomes a free subscriber, and you lose access to member-only pages and services. Your account information stays on file unless you ask us to remove it.

How Your Information Is Used

We use your information to:

  • Maintain your membership
  • Provide member access and services
  • Send renewal reminders, updates, and important communications
  • Support website functionality and security

We do not sell or rent your information.

How Long We Keep It

  • Your user account stays in our system unless you request deletion
  • Payment records are kept as required for nonprofit reporting
  • Comments and website interactions may be stored indefinitely
  • Registration data is permanently maintained by the registrar

  • Removal of your website account (does not affect registration records)
